Perry Tischler

President/General Manager

Perry Tischler, is the founder and President of the New York Hoop Dragons, and a lifelong basketball fan. With a diverse portfolio of businesses and as a practicing attorney, Tischler is excited to build a franchise this inaugural season which will entertain and represent the diversity of New York.

Craig Sulema

General Manager

Craig Sulema leads the Hoop Dragons into the 2023-24 season as General Manager. Craig has 30+ years of experience managing a media group, analytics and software development for ITN Holdings. Over the last 20 years he has developed and coordinated youth sports programs as the Athletic Director for Berkshire Hills Eisenberg Camps and a board member for Mount Kisco Little league managing baseball operations.

Joshua Tischler

Vice President/Community Relations

Joshua Tischler joins the Hoop Dragons as Vice President/Director of Community Relations, where he is responsible for advertising, community outreach, youth group participation and much more! A freshman at University of Indiana, Josh is at the beginning of a promising career in Sports Management.

Brett Sulema

Assistant General Manager

Brett Sulema steps into the Hoops Dragons front office as Assistant General Manager entering the next phase of his sports management career. Brett graduated from the University of Kentucky majoring in Marketing with a minor in Analytics. He has extensive experience interning for the Kentucky Athletic Department with a focus on basketball and football. Additionally, he has a background in marketing and advertising working for ITN Networks in their broadcast and digital departments.

Dakota Stabile

Director of Player Development/Head Coach

Dakota Stabile takes the reins as Head Coach for the New York Hoop Dragons. Dakota’s passion is helping players reach their goals, on and off the court. As a highly enthusiastic and positive coach with experience at all levels of basketball, his goal is always to provide a great environment for players to showcase their skills and improve their game. Dakota’s wide-ranging experience includes: Assistant Men’s Varsity Coach and Head Freshman Coach (Tuckahoe High School, 2018-2019), Assistant Men’s Coach (Concordia College, 2015 - 2018), Assistant Men’s Varsity Coach (Bayside High School, 2014 - 2015), Assistant Men’s Coach (Lehman College, 2013 - 2014) and Assistant Men’s Junior Varsity Coach (Bayside High School, 2012. In addition to coaching Dakota was a certified IAABO referee for 3+ years, substitute teacher for the NYC Department of Education and is currently a real estate salesperson with Keller Williams.

Danielle Sulema

Director of Sales & Marketing

Danielle Sulema joins the Hoops Dragons as the Director of Marketing and Social Media. Danielle is currently attending Penn State majoring in Communications and Public Relations. She will be bringing her previous experience in social media marketing to the franchise including an internship at K3 Collective Media, an ambassador for KicksbySammy and SewGood4, creator of HangryyGirll and a significant following of 10k+ across all social media applications.
